Rooms of various sizes can be reserved and rented during PROMOTE upon request by sending this completed form to the Organiser, indicating the dates and times required.
The room rental fee includes the room and chairs only.
Specific equipment such as screens, video projectors, sound systems, microphones, etc. are not included in the rental fee. The company may bring its own equipment; otherwise, a rental price for related equipment will be offered for rental from the approved supplier on site.

The 1,500- and 400-seat rooms include a simultaneous translation system in four (4) languages, which is included in the room rental cost. Half-days are from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. or from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. NB: To facilitate access for your guests to the Exhibition site to attend your event, STAMPED TICKETS, ENTRANCE TICKETS, BADGES and WRISTBANDS are available for purchase and can be negotiated in advance.
