GUIDELINES FOR HIRING CONFERENCE ROOMS

Rooms of various capacities can be booked and hired during PROMOTE upon request by sending this completed form to the organiser, specifying the dates and times of day required. The room hire package includes the room and chairs only.
Specific equipment such as screens, video projectors, sound systems, wireless microphones, and so on are not included in the hire package.
If the company does not have its own equipment, a rental price for the relevant equipment will be offered, for hire from the approved supplier on site.
The 1,500-seat and 400-seat rooms include a simultaneous interpretation system in four languages, included in the room hire cost. Half-days are defined as 09:00 to 13:00 or 15:00 to 19:00.

NB: To facilitate your guests’ access to the exhibition site to attend your event, dry-stamped vouchers, entry tickets, badges and wristbands are available for purchase and can be arranged in advance.
