PROMOTE 2026, CHALLENGES AND TRENDS
The tenth edition of the Yaoundé International Business, SME and Partnership Fair (PROMOTE) will be held from 12 to 21 June 2026 at the Yaoundé Conference Centre.
The theme of PROMOTE 2026 is:
« Private companies and the business environment: what benchmarks should be used to address national and international economic challenges?»
Indeed, in a global economic context marked by uncertainty and multiple challenges at various levels, what would be the useful margins of manoeuvre and benchmarks for business leaders in Cameroon, given that at the sub-regional level, the dynamics within the CEMAC (Economic and Monetary Community of Central Africa) pose challenges in terms of competitiveness, integration and harmonisation of economic policies, and that at the international level, the environment is affected in particular by the volatility of commodity prices, geopolitical shocks and protectionist policies.
Could the advent of artificial intelligence represent an opportunity or a threat for local businesses?
How far can it go in terms of digitising work and archiving?
What impact can we expect from economic regulation?
These are just some of the avenues for reflection suggested by this theme, which is also the theme of the Economic Forum organised as part of the tenth edition of PROMOTE in June 2026.
Economical pavilions Ten editions of the PROMOTE Business Fair represent 25 years of service to businesses and the economy. This is an opportunity to meet the high expectations of participants:
organize the exhibition into pavilions or economic clusters.
An exhibition hall/pavilion is a space dedicated to a specific economic sector. This space consists of exhibition stands and meeting areas (B2B and B2C) for stakeholders in a given industry: companies, executives, regulators, professional visitors, etc.
In 2026, around ten clusters/pavilions are planned: Finance, Construction and Public Works, Automotive, Packaging (PackAfrica), Agriculture and Livestock, Digital, Sustainable Development and Renewable Energy, Foreign Missions, etc. PROMOTE 2026 is also open to participants outside these clusters.
Spaces and conference rooms have been reserved for this purpose. All you need to do is book early, before January 2026. This will allow you to register for this anniversary edition of PROMOTE while taking advantage of preferential rates with a 10% discount.
The various offers for successful participation are contained in this participation dossier. Our consultants are available to assist you in the various stages leading up to your visit to PROMOTE 2026. Personalised support will enable you, at the end of the tenth edition currently in the works, to leave with your objectives achieved, we hope.
