Business Meetings

These meetings are organised more efficiently in advance. However, it is possible to request matchings during the online event or directly from the meeting management team.

Themed Cocktail Parties

Six targeted thematic meetings consisting of presentations and discussions on economic developments in growth sectors in Central Africa are organised within PROMOTE and led by experts and practitioners. These mini-conferences aim primarily to encourage bilateral exchanges between actors in the same sector of activity, related sectors or complementary sectors. The thematic aperitif will take place as follows:

  • It takes place between 12:00 and 13:30 in the PROMOTE Meeting Room.
  • It welcomes 80 to 100 leaders and decision-makers from businesses, organisations, institutions and government agencies.
  • Each participant receives documentation prepared by an expert upon entering the meeting room.
  • It is introduced by the Director General of the Cameroon Investment Promotion Agency or by the President of the InterProgress International Foundation.
  • An expert will then provide an overview of the formal framework, opportunities, prospects, projects and challenges in the sector.

Participants will then have the opportunity to ask questions to the expert and a panel of practitioners from the public and private sectors.
Participants can then continue their discussions over a buffet lunch.
Participation is subject to a fee for all, exhibitors and visitors alike, at a rate of XAF 10,000 (€15.25) per person per Thematic Apéro.
Registration is now open and will remain so until one hour before the start of the Thematic Apéro.

Participants can order a name badge for XAF 4,000 (€6). It is recommended that you bring business cards.
